LEOSPHERE is 100% specialized in LIDAR (laser-radar) remote atmospheric observations. LEOSPHERE offers a dual range of aerosol LIDAR and wind LIDAR systems and has clients in several application fields, such as meteorology, air quality monitoring, atmospheric research, wind farming, and air traffic management.

LEOSPHERE Lidar systems are compact, transportable, eye-safe, unattended and easy to set up with unmatched performances tested by independent organizations and ideally designed for meteorological activities.

The EZ Cloud & Aerosol Lidar is a real-time all-in-one remote-sensing meteo station which can provide information about:

  • Fog, rain and visibility
  • PBL tracking
The WindcubeTM is a wind profiler which allows the user to obtain many components of the wind (real-time wind coordinates, radial wind speed variance, horizontal wind speed and direction average, turbulence data…). Upgradeable to high range (2km) and 3D wind mapping, the WindcubeTM provides the flexibility of a mobile sensor and the performances of a 200m met mast with cup anemometers.
