Aanderaa Data Instruments AS (AADI) manufactures
oceanographic and meteorological sensors (AWS), traffic monitoring
equipment, current meters, current profilers and data buoys. The
company is known for its reliable instruments and sensors. AADI
equipment is used in a wide range of applications, like harbor
monitoring, traffic monitoring, climate research, fish farming,
coastal monitoring and blue ocean research. A suite of sensors
including the Mira visibility sensor, wind speed, wind direction,
air temperature sensors are available. Aanderaa Data Instruments has
long experience delivering equipment for environmental monitoring,
combining AWS with current measurements. Traffic monitoring includes
advanced inductive pattern recognition of the vehicle, according to
the German TLS specification. This feature can also be combined with
